[HathawaySchool] Federal Employment Registry Survey

Good Morning, 
 
I am writing today to remind you that the Federal Employment Registry is overdue. As the building principal I am responsible for collecting and submitting all of the forms.  The forms were sent home with the Hornet on Monday, Oct.29, 2007.  In case you did not look at the Hornet and/or it may still be in your child's backpack, it is green. 
 
Most of the Hathaway families returned the forms on Tuesday or Wednesday. Unfortunately we have to start to make the 110 phone calls this morning so that I can fulfill my obligation to submit the schools'  forms. 
 
Please help by sending your form in today or by dropping it off at the office.
