RE: AFTER SCHOOL ENRICHMENT PROGRAMS

The enrollment confirmations for all of the enrichment programs, including Spanish, were sent home today.  We also returned all the payments for any programs that were cancelled.  Please check your child's backpack.  If you did not receive anything, e-mail Pat at pwentzel at cox.net. 

Thank you to those parents that offered to be program coordinators!  Your packets will be ready for you when we get back from vacation.

There are a few programs that still need program coordinator volunteers.  Unfortunately, if there are not enough parent volunteers to help in the classes and sign children out, then those programs will have to be cancelled.  

If your confirmation has "None" listed for the program coordinator and if you have a VIS clearance, please consider helping out.  When program coordinators are assigned to those classes, you will be notified.  If the program has to be cancelled, you will also be notified and your payments will be returned to you.
